The siminitions are great. Qualifing on paper targets are great, but they don't shoot back. Competitive malfuction drills aginst another officer can really add stress to training (first officer that clears the jamb fires at the officer that is still clearing weapon). The rounds hurt a little if it hits an unpadded area like an arm or hand (good for a bruise for 2 weeks)
