Nice to see a training load that duplicates duty ammo performance. Most who carry .45s, are limited to 230gr. FMJ Roundnose. This round actually is shaped like a JHP and feeds like one and is the same weight as the Critical defense. FYI Speer makes a similar 200 gr TCMJ training load. Thanks Hornady!
